Wulai Waterfall, Taipei

Wulai Waterfall, Taipei

Last November, I was in Taipei for a training course. It was a cloudy day on Saturday morning, thus I heading straight to Wulai district for waterfall shooting. Wulai district is a rural area in south of Taipei City. It is most renowned for its hot springs and aboriginal culture. There are several waterfalls in this area and the largest one is Wulai Waterfall, which represent the landmark of Wulai district. The waterfall is about 10 meters wide and 80 meters high. Surrounded by mountains, trees and river, the sight is simply spectacular!

  2. Some brilliant photography here Kah Wai.

I tried a photographic blog with some of my work and found it interesting yet disappointing that comments where almost non existent and could never understand why. I just took a look at several of your pictures and not a comment in sight, I find this strange.

  5. "Spectacular" is the right word for your image - lovely colours and the way you captured the falling water.
